General terms and conditions of sale
- Arrivals are between 5pm and 8pm. If you expect to arrive at a different time, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange this.
- The accommodation must be vacated by 11.00am, however you are welcome to stay until 1.00pm and enjoy the park and pool.
If you wish to stay later, please contact us. We offer a rate (available according to the number of guests in the domain) allowing you to stay in the parc and at the swiming pool until the end of the day: 20 euros per person/ 10 euros per child under 12 years old. This offer is reserved for our guests only. - All accommodation is non-smoking and we do not accept pets.
Terms of payment
A 50% deposit is taken at the time of booking
The balance is to be paid on 8 day before arrival for bookings in April, May, June, September, October
The balance is to be paid 30 days before the day of arrival for the months of July and August
Cancellation policy
You can cancel up to 7 days before arrival without any charges. If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, the total amount is due.
Please note that the cancellation policy for July and August are differents:
